我的云南之行——美食记录前段时间去云南玩了一个星期，说真的，玩得不够尽兴，只是一路上，记录了些有特色的美食回来，但是不够齐全，大家将就看看吧，呵呵
先来一个云南的美食代表之一：过桥米线！！！

其实先就是一大碗滚烫的鸡汤，看起来一点都不烫，那是因为被油裹住了热气，这样才能把菜烫熟呢！这是我在云南吃到最美味的东西，强烈推荐！

然后一片一片把生的肉放进去烫熟，最后放米线，就象上面那样一大碗了，鲜美极了

在桥香园，吃了这么大一桌，那一盘生的，就是过桥米线的菜，其他的都是桥香园的特色小吃吧，我一个一个来介绍给大家，先看一大桌子菜吧

酸辣藕片

2008-2-4 19:00 好象是叫臭豆腐，不然就是叫包桨豆腐，外面吃起来脆脆的，里面又是很嫩很嫩的，特别香，太好吃了！

还有一个特色的，忘了叫什么名字了（罪过）似乎是叫芋儿卷粉？外面吃起来有点糯，里面包的象牙菜一样的东西，有点淡，不过还是比较好吃

到大理了，说真的，大理没什么好吃的东西，白族据说是喜欢吃酸甜的，果然，吃到的东西都有一个酸甜味道，早上吃的洱丝，听过这个东西很多次，到那个时候才知道，洱丝原来是和年糕差不多的东西，稍微软一点，看看，这么大一碗，呵呵

从到昆明开始到大理这两天，几乎都是在吃米线一类的东西，没沾过米饭，呵呵，这不，在大理的中午，又吃的米线，大理风味的吧，凉粉和凉米线，就是典型的白族口味，酸甜带一点点的辣，看起来比较好看，但是我觉得不太好吃~
